A basic container home starts at about ₹1,000 per sq ft. A fully finished 600 sq ft 2BHK container villa with ACP cladding, cement board interiors and premium finishes works out to around ₹1,650 per sq ft, or about ₹9.9 lakh. Your final price depends on the layout, finishes and site location, and is always given on quotation.
